Is your site secure?
Yes, we use the latest technology to insure that our site is secure. You will see the
lock symbol either at the bottom or top, depending on your browser, of the checkout page
to indicate that your information is encrypted and safe.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We are a full service printing company. All the cards
that we produce in our plant are printed in 1-2 business
days. If you request a proof, printing time starts
after you approve your proof. Assembly takes additional
time. We ship your order by USPS and UPS depending on
your location. Delivery time averages 1-3 business days.
Cards printed in our plant have a W at the end of the
item number.
We also offer raised print birth announcements and christening/baptism invitations from our many affiliates. They are printed in Massachusetts,
Pennsylvania, Minnesota and California. Raised print
cards take 2-4 business days to print. Assembly takes
additional time. They are shipped by UPS ground.
Delivery time depends on the card that you choose and
your location. We will be happy to give you an estimated
delivery time on specific raised print cards by calling
1-800-861-7874.
Can I write anything that I want on my cards?
Yes, you can! The quality of our work doesn't reach its full potential until you, as the customer put your own creativity into it. The wording shown on the cards are only suggestions. You can also use a card that we show for one occasion for a different occasion. If you like the picture on a card for a christening invitation, but wish to use it for a birth announcement you can use it for anything that you like.
Do you print in foreign languages?
Yes, we can print in most foreign languages for FREE on the cards we print in our plant.
Their item numbers end with W. There may be a charge for foreign language printing on
raised print cards. Our customer service representatives will be happy to help you with
specific cards. Just email or call us at 1-800-861-7874.
Do you send envelopes early?
Yes, we will send your envelopes before the birth of your baby so you can get them
addressed. This service is FREE of change when you place your order.
After your baby is born, simply email us your wording and order number. You can easily
find your order number by tracking your order on our website.
Do you help with the set up of my cards?
Yes, we will make suggestions. We are always going to be there to help you in the setup process of your birth announcements or party invitations; ranging from imagery to font selection. Our suggestions may help you visualize the best card for the occasion, but you get the final say.
When will I see a proof?
Our proofs are done by our typesetting experts to
guarantee that you see exactly what will be printed
before you approve the proof. Your proof will be emailed
to you with in one business day, although most
proofs are emailed the same day that you place your
order.
Do I have to contact you after I review my proof?
Yes, we need to hear from you to guarantee that you received the proof of the combined work that was done, that it looks how it was visualized, and to have you approve your proof before we can begin printing your order. You can reply to the proof email or call us to reply. If we do not hear from you we will call you before printing your order.
Can I change something or cancel my order after I
approve my proof?
Yes, you can. If you want to change something, but have already approved your proof, you MUST call us (WE CAN NOT ACCEPT EMAIL CHANGES). If your order has not been printed we will be happy to make additional changes. Cancellations will incur fees depending on how far we have gotten in the process.
Are envelopes included?
All cards include blank envelopes. You may have your
return address printed on the back flap for an
additional charge.
Do you sell blank stock?
Yes, many of our cards are available blank so that
you can print them yourself. If the card is available
blank that will be indicated under the card. Raised
print cards are not sold blank. We also have a
blank stock and fill in section.
Do you offer assembly of my cards?
We do offer assemble for an additional charge, which
will be shown with the cards. Assembly also takes
additional time.
WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE?
We guarantee to replace your order under certain conditions. If we make a mistake on your copy we will reprint and ship your order at no additional charge. However, if your cards are printed after you have approved your proof and then find a mistake, we will reprint your cards for a 50% discount on flat print cards and 30% discount on raised print cards, plus shipping. Other than if we make a mistake on your order, custom printed items are not returnable.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover. You may also send a personal check or money
orders.
When will my credit card be processed?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
Do you send samples?
Yes, you may request up to 3 samples by clicking here or simply by calling us at 1-800-861-7873. If you request a raised print sample, we may have to substitute a similar sample depending on availability.
Can you address the envelopes for us?
Yes, we offer envelope calligraphy in any of our type
styles or in our calligraphy styles.
Is your site secure?
Yes, you will see the lock symbol at the bottom of
the page to indicate that your information is encrypted
and safe.
DO YOU SELL MY INFORMATION?
NO! We do not sell or share your information with
anyone. Our invoicing computer is not connected to the
internet so there is no chance of anyone seeing your
information.
